Reflex puts their patients at risk by following outdated process for personal data collection. SSN is not a required field. Even Medicare reissued cards without SSNs due to the high incidence of medical data breaches and identity theft. Reflex insisted that I provide my SSN, even after they had validated my insurance information. They also tried to pretend that demographic data is required. These people are amazing. They offered me solutions when all other mainstream medical treatments failed. I felt relief within hours of leaving their clinic not only from the treatment I received but the hope they gave me. Their team was compassionate and knowledgeable and quick to provide in-depth answers. I could not ask for better staff or results! Looking forward to my next visit
I had my treatment today, so far my knee feels better. Tomorrow morning will be the test. It was always worst after not using it for a period of time, like gettin out of bed.
I went in to have my knee evaluated due to pain when going up stairs. I am very impressed with their professionalism. They did an X-ray & ultrasound so they could explain to me what's going on. I felt relieved to know that I am in good hands at Reflex. They explained my options & I selected the PRP treatment. I am currently waiting for the outcome. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen overnight. I am looking forward.
I am having fluid injections in my knees. Everyone makes you feel SO welcome and comfortable from the minute you walk in to the minute you're ready to leave. The staff is so knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone trying to find an alternative to knee surgery/replacement.
