UPDATE : If you want a financial headache to cure your knee & join aches- then sign up for the Reflex Knee Program. They are really a DBA called Integrated Joint Specialist out of Portland. When you call their office - sometimes you get Portland. I just got a whopping $ 4,200 bill AFTER 3 years ! Yes- it's still increasing AFTER I stopped going. I got a $3,000 bill 2 years after treatment after repeatedly being told I had nothing owing. The treatment worked for me, but the hassle of so many appointments is wearing - and excessively costly. Its really overshadowed by the unethical billing practices. I called with my insurance provider who made decisions within 24 hrs, but were not executed by the Reflex/ integrated staff. The staff are nice but utterly clueless and then blame their Oregon counterparts. I CAN'T RECOMMEND.

Very disappointed with Reflex Knees of Bellevue. I had a cortisone shot there and a PT session. Cost me $380 for the PT session. Plus they came 10 minutes late and let me go 10 minutes early at that session. Hold on to your wallets and ask pricing before you get anything done. They don’t advocate for you they only sell you their products. Move on to other providers
I would give the staff of REFLEX an absolute 10, they are a great bunch and know what they are doing, I had great success helping eliminate pain in my knees, and was ready to go back for the next set of treatments. HERE IS THE SITUATION: I got 8 shots, 4 in each knee and had to go to them weekly for each single shot. Save your money. They will tell you that they are there for you through the process, however if your a "difficult "case they will was there hands of you. No help at all. Save your money and go see real doctors.

For month I had been looking for KNEE specialist to make an appointment for an evaluation and “none surgical” treatment. I found the REFLEX clinc. I called them, and they said they cankt accept my United Health Care insurance, but were in the process of approving, and would call me back if approved.
