First off I have to say I was immediately taken by the elegance, craftsmanship and old world design of the ring I chose for my fiance. The customer service was very personal and reassuring that alterations would be made if there was any issues with the ring not fitting. i couldn't have asked for better care. I have just placed an order for two wedding bands. Can't wait to see them.
I purchased wedding bands from this company over 10 years ago and needed one resized, and also had the ring redesigned to add a diamond setting The team at Reflective imaging were very helpful every step of the way, and their workmanship was first-rate. The ring is stunning! Their attention to detail and passion for their work is evident, unmatched! They are true masters of their craft. Reflective repurposed a very small white gold wedding band I was gifted into a fun, unique piece using bits of other old jewelry. They updated an existing design found on Google, but were extremely receptive to comments and collaborative. 10/10 on professionalism, clear / responsive communication, and knowledge sharing. They will walk you through any questions you have, no matter how basic.
