Great communication and very accommodating. I found a bracelet on their website that I wanted to purchase for my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, it was not the correct size. Kyle agreed to make it in a smaller size and was able to have it delivered before the big day. Highly recommend for service and quality.
I went to have my platinum ring resized. They noted it had become out of circular shape and the jeweler returned it to the right shape as I waited. No resizing needed and they refused to take any money. Radically ethical! :)

Requested return after about 2 weeks. There were some blemishes upon arrival, we were ok with that, but after only a couple weeks the antiquing effect began turning white. We said we weren’t comfortable keeping the ring for this reason (even if they fixed it), and would like to return it while within the return window. They admitted this was their fault and said they fixed it, but then refused to issue a refund due to other blemishes (that were present upon arrival), and claiming we somehow bent the ring. These guys are scam artists. Please don’t fall for their 30 day return policy. We were shipped a cheap and damaged ring and have now been told we damaged the ring ourselves and cannot be refunded. The ring as you can see below literally looks like they painted it with a paintbrush… the black paint started to wear off within a week of wearing it and they blamed us for using harsh chemicals on the ring.
