Reflective repurposed a very small white gold wedding band I was gifted into a fun, unique piece using bits of other old jewelry. They updated an existing design found on Google, but were extremely receptive to comments and collaborative. 10/10 on professionalism, clear / responsive communication, and knowledge sharing. They will walk you through any questions you have, no matter how basic.

After a good initial experience with minor jewelry repair, I went back to the shop for something much more complex. I left them with a pile of old pieces and asked them to do what they could. The results were incredible! The customer service was always impeccable, and their skilled artists repurposed the old to create something new. I give Reflective Jewelry my highest recommendation.

I found Kyle and Reflective Jewelry on the internet and asked him: "Can you re-cast my wedding band and add a Greek phrase in second century Alexandrian writing style" ? His answer: "Yes." Check out the result! Amazing workmanship and attention to detail. Kyle and his team worked quickly and communicated very well. They asked questions as needed and shared progress.
