Friendly and professional. Will always make the effort to find an appointment for you and don’t ‘fine’ you $50 anytime you need to reschedule. One time, I was stuck in traffic and running over 1 hour late…the staff still made time to do the full service and were so caring and kind when I rushed through the door all flustered😊 I’ve been coming to this beautiful salon for nearly 20 years… Briefly branched out and tried another salon, but there is a reason I always come back. I have regularly been getting massages for over 20 years and can confirm Karen’s pressure, technique and her customer interaction are the best I have come across. Highly recommended!!
