had Theo come out to give us an estimate on doing some paint work on our RV a month ago....still no estimate emailed!!! Guess they don't need the business!! UPDATE:: Theo finally phoned us back and left a message (after the review went up) said they were busy with commercial vehicles and RVs were not a priority. Would have been nice to have been told that like 4 weeks ago rather than build them up like some great place to have work done....plus drove past their place today and they had multiple RVs in their yard so not impre... read more

UPDATE: Within 24 hours Janice from Reflections contacted my husband and apologized for the previous interactions and rectified the issue in a quick and courteous way. The Truck looks beautiful and the work preformed by the employees of Reflections exceeded expectations. We dropped our truck off with reflections on April 11 for repairs that we were told were 100% covered due to a not at fault accident. We wre contacted by reflections regarding damage to the Truck Mirror - which was unrelated to the accident and not covered. We advised Reflections not to fix anything that was not covered by the ICBC accident that we were advised we were covered for and deductible was waived.
