Edit: Guylaine called me today, she was very sweet and friendly, she did apologize for missing my message/calls and I gladly accepted the apology. She answered any questions I had and was very helpful. I understand that these things can happen and I was willing to give it a second chance. I've got my first appointment scheduled and will go from there. I emailed months ago and got no response. I called just last week and left a message as they "don't take calls in real time" (it's what their voicemail says), still no response... read more

Very good but as all psychologist, psychiatrics, therapist, counselors, social workers, or educators. They need to tell everything and never on your side.
