I bought a hot tub 2 years ago and the family owned business took care of everything. They showed me what to do. The chemicals to use. I take a sample in every week. No waiting. Chris closed it for me in September because I’m not a winter user. The girls are very knowledgeable. The father is the best. I’m very happy I am Pam Murdoch. Not Mike. Mike is my son on google
Called for service as my hot tub was losing water. Tech came out, stuck his head in, made some adjustments and said it should be good. He said if it leaked again he'd come back. Next day, hot tub was half empty so I texted him, no response. A couple more unanswered texts with the same result. I called the store and got a cordial, "he's really busy he will get back to you". A couple more texts and another phone call with no results. Don't waste your time with this place, go elsewhere.
Outstanding service from Reflections on my new hot tub cover. They truly went above and beyond to help me out. Can’t praise them enough. Very satisfied.
