I'm not sure why there are so many reviews regarding medical records. I recently moved and needed my medical records sent to my new doctor. It took about three weeks, but they explained that they changed to a new system and everything had not been uploaded in the new system yet. They said they were having issues accessing the old system where most of my records were stored. Maybe a little patience and understanding would go a long way. I LOVE this place! Excellent care, highly professional. Felt listened to and not judged.
My doctor & I have been attempting to obtain my medical records from this office for over a month, with daily calls and repeated messages—none of which have been returned. In my experience, this practice demonstrates a complete disregard for basic professional standards, patient rights, and ethical responsibility. Steer clear of this place. I, along with my new doctor, have been trying to get my medical records for well over a month now. No one answers the phone much less returns a phone call. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Just letting a few know, l am probably the one talking to her for the 4 hours, you don't know my life, Dr. Lacy (the one you called the worst doctor) has actually SAVED my lfe!!! Life is hard on everyone these days, including doctors, so a little more kindness and A LOT less whining and HATE may also help not only you but the people that surround you.
