Steer clear of this place. I, along with my new doctor, have been trying to get my medical records for well over a month now. No one answers the phone much less returns a phone call. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Just letting a few know, l am probably the one talking to her for the 4 hours, you don't know my life, Dr. Lacy (the one you called the worst doctor) has actually SAVED my lfe!!! Life is hard on everyone these days, including doctors, so a little more kindness and A LOT less whining and HATE may also help not only you but the people that surround you. This place is terrible. My grandson's doctor has been trying to reach anyone at this place to get medical records since May. They never answer the phone and never return calls.
For your mental well-being, steer clear of Reflections Mental Health! Avoid Dr. Laci at all costs; she is the worst doctor I've ever encountered. She is rarely in the office and has canceled four consecutive appointments, each time with absurd excuses. If I were to cancel, she would charge me $150 for each missed visit. I once waited over an hour in the lobby, only to find out from the receptionist that she was occupied with one patient for four hours, meaning I wouldn't have my appointment. Was decent place til I got a letter pretty much saying they don’t want to help/ provide me with services, pretty rude if asked me.
