One of the best places to go for your Loved One's memory care needs. The activities keep the residents engaged. The food is good. The place is clean. I think the best compliment is that to say that there is a waiting list to get in to this facility. If it is as bad as some of the reviews say it is, why is there a waiting list? I felt that I was misled when we moved my mom in. The director promised me they would "take care of my mom until the end of her life". However, when she fell and broke her hip or she was sick and went to the hospital, they would not take her back and it caused a lot of stress for our family. There was not a lot of care or compassion towards us. Perhaps there are not enough staff for more serious medical needs but that was not at all clear to us when we selected Reflections. This place "looks nice" but they really do not do a very good job. They don't watch closely enough. When we checked my dad out to take to ER he had bruises all over his hips and shoulders. He said he fell, and it's memory care so hard to know the truth. Come to find out he had fallen several times, hard and the MRI showed 3 small strokes, one as recent as a week previous.
