SHE IS A THIEF. I purchased a ******* and set appointment for May 5, 11:30am. I arrived knocked on door and no answer. I contacted ******* for refund. They denied me because merchant said I was a no show. I provided proof that she lied, I was there and took a picture. They refunded me. Shame on her. Is she that desperate for money or just lazy. DO NOT LET HER STEAL YOUR MONEY. I posted proof of pic on ******didn't see an option here.

This lady is very irate! She booked an appointment in January and didn't call me until April 19 with this complaint. In order to book an appointment you have to agree to my cancellation policy, which she did. Because she did not show up for her appointment nor did she call she was charged 50% of her service fee. I stand by my cancellation policy. I will not refund her money because she agreed to my policy and did not call or show up for her appointment. I was at the office waiting on her.
