I spent three months in Reflections' inpatient program followed by six months in their outpatient program, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My family member had an excellent experience here. From the helpfulness and warmth of the Executive Director, who made the transition from detox to rehab seamless, to the drug and alcohol and mental health counseling by two top-notch professionals, this program was intense, positive, and effective. Couldn't have had a better experience than I had in the care of Reflections. Top notch professionals!
I sought assistance from this organization during a very vulnerable time. Unfortunately, I was required to pay $5,000 before being allowed to stay, and after only a few hours I was unable to remain there. Despite leaving almost immediately, the organization has refused to issue a refund. I have attempted to resolve this matter by contacting the owner, Louise, as well as Kristen, but I have yet to receive a response.
