I'm leaving this review as a family member. There aren't enough good things I could say about the Reflections team. From the first touchpoint to the last, they have been kind, supportive, and incredibly competent. My first call with Olejan was a challenging one, as they often are. He showed great compassion and care and gave me good advice in preparing my family member for this journey. I have only incredible and positive things to say about Reflections and my stay at Simmons. From my very first contact with the team through intake and throughout my entire stay, I was met with an incredible level of warmth, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. I spent three months in Reflections' inpatient program followed by six months in their outpatient program, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The level of professionalism, compassion, and clinical expertise provided by every member of the team is truly world-class. In my opinion, Reflections sets the gold standard for addiction treatment. I'm writing this review as a family member (not a patient) but I have only positive things to say about my entire experience with Reflections. Several months ago, my brother was in a very dangerous place in his life. It got to the point where we feared for his life on a weekly basis and knew we had to do something urgently. My family member had an excellent experience here. From the helpfulness and warmth of the Executive Director, who made the transition from detox to rehab seamless, to the drug and alcohol and mental health counseling by two top-notch professionals, this program was intense, positive, and effective. The environment was safe and welcoming because of the trained, warm, and supportive staff. Almost everyone there was in recovery so they walked the walk.
