My partner and I were set for a family gathering in late October 2025 for 2 nights. After a viewing early in 2024, we made the decision to book all the bell tents, barn and cold room. Later on, there would have been additional bookings from both families of camp sites and cabins. I had only planned on getting married once, but after having our wedding here I want to do it every week.! We had booked reflections about 18months before our wedding day and the venue and views are amazing..fast forward to a few weeks out from the big day and any questions or queries we had for changes in our plans and guests were easily fixed. We cannot recommend Reflections Lake Cooby enough after having our wedding there this past weekend. The venue itself is obviously stunning, with so many different spots to get beautiful photos (the sunset was another level!). Every detail and all the effort they put in was just incredible. The kindness they showed our guests was amazing, including getting anything they needed or asked for. Our team at Queensland Country Tourism recently held our annual strategy day at Reflections Lake Cooby, and the experience was fantastic. The beautiful drive out set the tone for a day of fresh thinking and connection. The scenic views over Lake Cooby were a real highlight, especially while we enjoyed a relaxed lunch on the verandah. I strongly advise anyone considering booking accommodation at Reflections - Lake Cooby to read every fine detail in their terms and conditions. Whether you’re booking for a wedding or just a weekend stay, be aware that you are required to pay the full amount upfront—not a standard deposit. If anything outside your control happens, like extreme weather, you will not get your money back, regardless of the circumstances.
