The layout of the pool areas was lovely but the sauna was not managed well with people putting random essential oils in the sauna with no consideration for others or their contraindications for others, I told staff on many occasions but nothing changed. The disabled changing area was not cleaned well and the main changing area was very small with just two showers and just one private cubicle which was in use mainly with elderly people. So made an error on the booking and after a few days, the manager has got in contact with me and she is actually granted me to go back with my mum so we can have a lovely afternoon after completing her cancer treatment. I very much appreciate the reflection Star !! for reaching out and making those changes for us. Thank you for your kindness reflections
So made an error on the booking and did the incorrect day and they made no effort to try and change that because apparently I’m not insured! Being a regular customer, I will not be attending anymore because of the outrage that I have just witnessed on the phone Almost £50 down the drain ! Trying to give my mum a nice afternoon after completing her cancer treatment ! They’re just out for money they do not care about the customer be aware
