Booked an appt over a month ago. Went to the appt. And they said they forgot to write it down. So they refused to do the service.
Booked an appt over a month ago for a men’s hair cut. Showed up for the appt, and refused to cut my hair. They stated they don’t cut men’s haircut and they forgot to write me on the schedule Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unorganized
Jamie is the best! Always love how my hair turns out.
This was a nice place to go to and after missing a couple of appointments they ended my bookings!
