Cecilia is excellent on cutting different types of hair.
Today I came to Reflections Hair Studio after a horrendous hair cut, Cecilia did a wonderful job. I can't believe how outstanding my haircut turned out, I walked out feeling like a new woman! Thanks to my stylist Cecilia Garcia.
Cecilia is great with any type ,texture of hair. She always makes me feel comfortable and listens to what I really want. I go to her for coloring, trim, make up and Up does. She does it all. Very professional and friendly.
