Just had glass work done at the house, and I will say very polite and knowledgeable people. When you walk in the front door of the business you are greeted with a smile and a pleasant environment. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and very polite. Her communication skills were exceptional, I was kept up to date on if there were any delays with the ordering process. Had an appointment for Reflections to fix 2 sliding glass doors on April 12th that I made approximately 1 month earlier. I get a call on April 12th saying the service guy is sick and they should get to me within 3 days. They were going to call me back, never heard from them, it's been 3 week today since they where scheduled to show up, I've left 4 messages to see what's going to happen. They don't even have the decency to call back. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
