My daughter has a solid wood dining room table. We wanted to replace the table top because it warped. I called Reflections Glass and talked with a very nice lady. I told her we wanted to replace our table top 54x40 with glass. She said no problem and would give my contact info to the office near me. I just received a quote to replace the glass in a broken window. The written quote is $2,166!!!! That doesn’t even include installing it, that’s with me bringing the window frame to them. I can buy a whole new window for $250. Plus they gave a timeframe of 4-6 weeks. What a rippoff.
Was referred here by a friend after breaking our bathroom mirror during a remodel. They were super helpful in getting me what I needed and made it a smooth process from start to finish. Will be using their service again for future projects! :)
My experience was not positive. Communication was very slow with lots of delays and at the end the professional design phase was lacking to poor. For the price I feel the company did not deliver. It may just be the Hilo branch on the Big Island, I don’t know.
