Reflections saved my life. The extended care program was one of the best and most important experiences of my life. I cannot recommend it enough! The staff and highly structured program are top notch - best you can find in the country I think! The program consists of living in a sober house (which is beautiful and big), attending intensive outpatient therapy weekdays, and additionally meeting with your dedicated therapist and relapse prevention specialist throughout the week. Reflections was by far the best decision I have made in my life. I was at a very difficult time and place in my life where I could no longer see a way to live with my alcohol and substance use or without it. I was immediately given the opportunity to convert my desperation into a program of action. I was treated with respect and dignity without judgement. My questions quickly became solutions for life that I use to this day 3 years later. This place and more importantly the people here saved my life.

The facility made alot of promises and suggested I go to extended care. Because of personal beliefs while maintaining my sobriety I was asked to leave, handed medicine a bag full of medicine and told to figure it out before being medically discharged. No one expressed a bit of concern to my whereabouts, nor was I even asked where I would go. I was asked by several people, on a group level, personally and people as a group were beginning to attack me over my choice of getting a vaccine or not for covid. As far as I know that'... read more
