My whole family goes to this dermatologist office. We all see different doctors and they are all great and really take the time to deal with your concerns. The office staff are all very kind. Great office!
Tried calling to make an appointment AS A NEW PATIENT and the receptionist on the phone was rude and didn’t even let me speak sent me straight to voicemail. I’ll gladly find another place.
Receptionist charged me $60.00, when my copay was $30.00. When I called and asked for refund, I had to leave a message, no one has called me back. PA who saw me, came in the room and said you have a laceration? At no time did I tell anyone I had a laceration. She didn't even look and my hands, and wanted to prescribe me a steroid cream. Entire staff is rude and unfriendly. Don't waste your time at this office, find a professional doctor's office.
