Tried calling to make an appointment AS A NEW PATIENT and the receptionist on the phone was rude and didn’t even let me speak sent me straight to voicemail. I’ll gladly find another place.
Receptionist charged me $60.00, when my copay was $30.00. When I called and asked for refund, I had to leave a message, no one has called me back. PA who saw me, came in the room and said you have a laceration? At no time did I tell anyone I had a laceration. She didn't even look and my hands, and wanted to prescribe me a steroid cream. Entire staff is rude and unfriendly. Don't waste your time at this office, find a professional doctor's office.

Three days in a row of just calling to set up an initial appointment and having the receptionist not even greet the caller but going directly to hold for 5 minutes then getting pushed to voicemail. They need a new receptionist, this is not how to treat customers. I am looking elsewhere even if it's a longer drive.
First time here and the older woman receptionist needs to be fired. Completely rude and disrespectful. Provider and nurse were fantastic. I am a health care provider and the attitude of the receptionist just set me off. Ruined the whole experience. If you don’t like people, find a job that better suits you. I hope they consider moving her to a behind the scenes job or fire her. Not good customer service at all
