Super first visit. Feel very comfortable with Dr Suthar and her Team.
This practice is the best!! Front desk staff and dental hygienists are so kind! Dr. Suthar is so knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. She took the time to listen to me and thoroughly answer my questions. So glad I found this practice - no longer dreading going to the dentist!!
Jenn and the Dr gave me an attitude because I’m in pain. I reached out over a week ago explaining I need a tooth removed. I waited a week to be seen, once arriving I was told they didn’t do extractions at the location. I can understand certain places only offer certain services but I was given attitude and told they didn’t have to remain professional because I was upset about the pain I was in so they didn’t have to remain professional because. I am a new patient. Reflections took time to check my insurance and come up with a treatment plan that was within my coverage that helped moved my teeth a little closer to health. I have a lot of known dental issues and Reflections staff were comforting and informative.
Dr Suthar makes huge mistakes on dental procedures without accountability. The other Dentists in this practice may be fine there but I do not recommend her.
