“I didn't end up using their services but they still treated me with compassion and care! After I had called at 10:00 pm to arrange the pickup of my father, my stepmother insisted we use a funeral home that was closer (and more expensive). To keep the peace, I agreed to this and called Mike back, trying to catch him before things progressed. Unfortunately, he had already headed out in the cold to get things ready. They made everything so easy for me, prompt in taking my call the day after Christmas and bringing to my attention details that I would have overlooked. They were kind and compassionate and patient.
