Mr. Mike was absolutely amazing. I spoke with him before my mom passed and he made sure I had nothing to worry about and she would be in the best care. I trusted him, especially with my mom being 80 miles away from until I got her back. He made the entire process as easy as possible and I'll never forget that. Although I could only afford a direct cremation he sat my mother up beautifully and printed her picture and had it next to her. I just have to praise this Funeral Home, they are the most helpful people in one of the most difficult time. From the first call to Reflections they made this difficult process so easy. They are affordable and did a amazing job with helping me plan my brothers funeral arrangement within my budget. Even the after thought was so thoughtful they made sure I was doing ok and made sure that I got my brothers last memories. You guys are wonderful and thank you so much for everything. This place was the absolute best place. I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful place to take care of my daddy! They handled his remains as if they were those of one of their own. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible in the most uncomfortable situation anyone could ever endure. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they are so very understanding! We need more people like these lovely people in the world.
From the first call i had with reflection they made me feel comfortable that my dad would receive the best care possible. They were informative about the whole process and reached out along the way. Amazing customer service provided by the whole team. You made a very difficult time as easy as possible for my family. THANK YOU for everything you do for our loved ones and our families.
