My brain is experiencing the healing process that it sorely needs. Suffering from a traumatic brain injury. Neurofeedback is such a helpful tool and Amanda is so soothing to speak with. Highly recommend Reflections Counseling.
After four years of searching for a trauma therapist (every one I tried was already fully booked with clients) I was finally able to get in with Reflections; first with Todd and now with Susan. I tried to make an appointment. When asked about insurance I told them I am on Medicare. They told me they don't accept Medicare patients. I asked if I could pay cash and was told no, they do not accept anyone on Medicare, even if willing to pay cash. First time I have ever felt discriminated against because of my age.
Do not let the negative reviews fool you. They are from people who don't listen to the office policy. It states on their voicemail to leave a message because they are in session with patients. They handle a lot of people. I know because I am a patient. To leave very narrowminded reviews over something trite speaks volumes about the people. Susan and Amanda are absolutely amazing ladies.
