Unprofessional and bad for your mental health! At the first appt, she cancels an hour in advance. Couldn’t reschedule for 2 more weeks, and then less than 2 hours before the second rescheduled appt, the office called and declined taking on my case. Wish I had read all the poor reviews first!
Highly dissatisfied with the communication and lack of responding from the office staff. Trying to work with them regarding insurance was a nightmare. They say on their website they would do a benefits check, well that is wrong, they told me they don't do those and still the website continues to say they will? Then trying to figure out how much I owe them for my one and only time being seen, they took 3 weeks to respond and still have not given me an answer. This review does not go for my individual counselor but for the office personnel - they are completely incompetent. I've been dealing with a billing issue for two months that is affecting my wife's FSA card balance and they've either been unresponsive or unable to follow my clear instructions on how to handle it.
Dealing with teenagers is tough, I wish they came with an instruction manual. Having Devon work with my daughter was a huge help. She took the time to explain how the process works and what she will be working with our daughter on and overall how to navigate this trying time. I would absolutely recommend Reflections to anyone needing therapy but specifically teenagers who have gone through so much the last few years and need the support of a person outside of their immediate family.
I don't even know if they are in business anymore, no one answers the phone and my voicemail remains unanswered. The office didn't cancel a virtual appointment I had rescheduled. Then, at my next appointment, the therapist never joined. I have not been able to reach the therapist or office since. The therapist was great, but signs point to a hugely dysfunctional office, especially if you look at other reviews.
