Words cannot capture how incredible of a therapist Josh Bell is. Josh grounds his work in compassionate, curious, client-centered care and has done incredibly healing work with couples, families, and individuals. His calm and authentic presence allows him to cultivate genuine connection with his clients and the openness and creativity he brings into his work is invaluable. Would recommend to anyone looking for insight, growth, and restoration in their therapy journey!

I’ve known Josh Bell for years and have seen his work first hand. With Josh, you will be met with a warm and non judgmental presence that helps to foster a safe space. Josh is excellent at being client centered, asking insightful questions, and listening whole heartedly. Josh is an excellent therapist!

I have been meeting with Jill at Reflections for almost a year and a half. From the first session, her kindness, empathy and gentle inquiry made me feel comfortable and supported. I was in the darkest period of my life and Jill worked with me to find my way out. I looked forward to each session and always left feeling lighter and brighter. Reflections is a very professional counseling center and I would recommend them to anyone in the Snoqualmie Valley area.

I have been going to Reflections Counseling and working with Jenna for the past 5 years. I can't thank Jenna enough for the guidance, healing, and care I've received over the years. Jenna is professional, empathetic, and wise beyond her years (in other words, she's excellent at her profession) . I have grown to understand myself so much and find ways to overcome my greatest challenges, and as a result my life is more authentic and healthier. I highly recommend Reflections Counseling.
