honestly, this place went way above what I expected. I walked in a little skeptical but ended up leaving super happy and already planning my next visit. the lady at the counter was so nice and helpful too. really made the whole thing a smooth experience and I felt like they actually cared about getting it right.
The team was able to fit me into the schedule I needed for a deep clean/move out. They were on time and polite, and left everything looking great. Their attention to detail in the bathrooms and kitchen was especially appreciated. I rarely hire cleaners because I never feel like I get a thorough enough job for the money, but I was so pleased with how nice everything looked when I got back. I would definitely recommend this family-owned business to others looking for a home refresh or a dependable move in/move out experience.
I hired this company for a deep residential cleaning and was charged a large amount based on what was promised during booking. After the job was completed, it was clear that many of the agreed-upon tasks were not done. Areas that should have been deep cleaned were left untouched, and the overall result felt more like a basic surface clean rather than a deep clean. 100% recommend!! This was my first time getting a deep clean in a house we’re living in and it exceeded my expectations. The communication was extremely prompt and very professional. The house was cleaned from floors to ceiling and I was so very impressed!! I will definitely be using Natasha and her team again in the future.
