Edward did a great job on the detail job and offered timely service within the appointment window. Highly recommend!
I originally made my appointment online with messages sent through email. The appointment included the highest package plus a windshield replacement. Due to work reasons, I had to change my appointment, which I did online. On the day of the original appointment, I received an unpleasant voicemail about how I "should have called" to tell them about the appointment date change. These pictures are how my car looked after an interior detail/shampoo. This is the second time I have brought my car here with very poor results. When I informed them that I wasn’t satisfied their solution was for me to bring it back in so they could fix it, but I would have to pay for parking. I had also requested extra services (chip repair) and they just didn’t do them and did not provide a reason why. I won’t be wasting my money here again and neither should you.
