Found Reflections Auto restoration online because I wanted to add some hood graphics to new ford explorer st just purchased. We stopped by on a Tuesday to see if and when it could be done . Charlie the owner warmly greeted my wife n myself . I had graphics with me and Charlie said no problem he can do it tomorrow. Dropped off car at 9 am n he had it finished by 1pm. As I reflect on Reflections I have to say this was a great experience. I damaged my front rocker panel and fender going over a high curbing. I wasn't able to fully open the door so I needed fast service. I brought my car in for an estimate which I felt was very fair. They took my car in the next week and in 10 days it was good as new and even detailed. It hasn't looked this good in years!
"Reflections" was recommend by neighbor. I went to check the location and I talked to staff regarding my car. I was very pleased with what I heard. The process was made straight forward and they contacted the insurance to get a new estimate. The experience was far better than expected.
These folks are real craftsmen. Had a rear fender, tail light and bumper repaired. Outstanding job, just like new. Competitive price with other auto body shops and easy to work with. Would highly recommend with no reservations.
