Excellent experience start to finish. From Anna answering the phone, to picking up our truck. I had never filed an insurance claim before and Reflections took care of everything. Made it so easy. Additional work was needed after they found more damage. They contacted the insurance company without me having to be involved. The folks at Reflections were great. Very professional, very friendly, very accommodating. My car looks amazing! They did a really good job in a timely manner and they helped me with a loaner car from Enterprise. They handled all the insurance interactions and kept me posted on the progress. I would highly recommend them!
