Brought some shirts in to get embroidery done. I was told three dit times that they would make them a priority and get them done but low and behold they were never done. She always told is that she is super busy. Busy is fine but do not lie to me and tell me you can get them done. Unfortunately I will never try to do business with them again.
All the ladies who work here are just awsome.
I don't usually write reviews but My experience with reflections was not okay, I went in the day school got out to order my jacket. We went in and tried jackets on they had the size I needed in stock so I just needed the actual letters the lady said my jacket will be fully done in three weeks! I picked my jacket up at 9 weeks. I would be fine with that but they told three weeks so I set my senior pictures after I got my jacket. If your going to give a time limit follow it!!!
Excellent Service! Called in the morning to get at estimate. Sent my husband over with a backpack mid afternoon and it was done within an hour. My daughter Volleyball team needs their names embroidered on them and I am taking my daughters backpack to the team to show them!!!!! We are so pleased!!! CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! I believe they told me it is now under new ownership and even has a different name - High Caliber Design. We will be back!!!!
