We couldn’t be happier with the care our child received from Dr. Theivakumar and the entire team! From the first consultation to every follow-up appointment, Dr. Theivakumar made sure we were informed and comfortable with the treatment plan. The office is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Theivakumar’s expertise and patience with kids made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I ended up not wanting to continue my treatment with aligners... but I will say that the office staff is extremely kind and welcoming and the office is beautiful. The orthodontist is also very passionate and skilled in his work. I like the environment they've created for their patients. Almost 4 years of tolerating this place with multiple thousands of dollars in orthodontia work being done on adults and children. In well over 20 appointments over 4 years; they have yet to actually see any of us at our actual appointment time. Best case is 15 minutes late, but we’ve had several that were over 30 minutes late. Doesn’t matter if you have an early morning appointment; they seem to start their day behind.
