I’m really disappointed with how my recent issue with my braces was handled. I have a wire on the bottom that’s gouging into my gums, causing constant pain. When I called about it, I was told I could either cut it myself or come in before lunch during their “emergency” appointment window. If this is truly considered an emergency, why limit it to a small time frame? It would take two minutes for someone to snip the wire—I could come in, get it fixed, and be on my way. Compared to five other licensed and well known other business in orthodontics local here in Clarksville, this business has more than double my quote from other businesses. I have quotes and paperwork to prove it. All for the same work. $4100 for only top braces other places quoted less than $2300 for the same job. Please always check other businesses and shop around to save yourself your hard earned money, even if it’s on a fixed income.

They are absolutely never on time. You will constantly have to wait at least 20 minutes beyond your appoint so if punctuality is important you may want to try another office. I prepaid my daughters entire treatment so it is what it is. The treatment is fine. She almost never has the same person twice and they aren’t always they most gentle. The lack of ever being on time for your appointment is extremely frustrating.
Absolutely love Reflection Orthodontist! They listen to all concerns you have! Help you understand what they are planning to do and listen to your concerns you have! They help you by trying to get you the best payment you can afford! They try to be the lowest cost for you! Quickly address any concerns and fixes it quickly!
