Didn't answer phone and don't have voicemail set up. Hours supposedly reflect their open but you can't even set an appointment? This place USED to be good, but I know there was a reason I haven't been in years.
My wife and I have been going to Brandi for over 20 years and she is simply the best there is in our opinion. Even for the years we lived in the Raleigh area we made the 3.5 hour trip every few weeks because of the perfection and care Brandi shows to her customers! I do recommend making appointments a couple weeks in advance though because Reflections is one of the most popular salons on the beach!
