Jess (who handles sugaring and hair removal) is hands down the best provider I’ve ever had, and I’ve been sugaring for a decade. She’s personable, down to earth, and made me feel entirely at ease. Beyond her bedside manner (lol), the sugaring was perfection - no pain, no missed bits, and my skin is exactly how I like it (and I have very sensitive skin) 10/10, thanks all for my new sugaring spot
