VERY pleased with outcome!!! Dr. Villanustre was very calming and a pleasure to work with. He listened as well as communicated very nicely about the whole process of getting my upper and lower lids done. His entire staff is knowledgeable and great with customer service. I highly recommend if you are thinking of eye lid surgery!
Scientology vibes not the place for me and unprofessional
I was referred to St. Luke’s by my optometrist to have a concerning spot on my lower right eyelid evaluated by an oculoplastics specialist, Dr. Villanustre. Unfortunately, I had not one, but two extremely disappointing experiences with Dr. Villanustre. First Appointment – 7/29 at 9:00 AM I arrived early and was brought back to the exam room, where I waited over 45 minutes with no communication. I came here not going what to expect but after l got my SURGERY DONE l was, l am so happy with the result the Doctor is excellent the staff are above and beyond professional if have a question you call and don't think that they're going to call you back the next day no no they call back within 30 minutes l am so satisfied with my sergury that lm recommending all my friends thank you REFLECTIONS PLASTIC SURGERY
