Tl:dr- kept messing up my appointment, finally got in and told me they wouldn't charge me. Then charged me and refuse to look into it. I scheduled an appointment to have a filling fixed after it fell out. As I am driving to my appointment 15 minutes before they call me and cancel. They require patients to give 24 hours notice but it's okay for them to do it at the last minute. Five years ago, my permanent bottom retainer broke. The dentist removed it and assured me that my teeth wouldn’t move since it had been so long since I had braces. I trusted that professional opinion. Now, five years later, my teeth have shifted and are visibly crooked.
