The staff are SO kind! I felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY DON'T CARE. NOBODY IN CHARGE ? I scheduled an appointment through their website for 9 am this morning. Filled out online questions and printed my confirmation letter (see attached) well ahead of my appointment. When I arrived this morning they had NO APPOINTMENT scheduled for me ?? Do not waste your time scheduling at this office. My daughter had an appointment that they cancelled due to illness less than 24 hour notice— which I completely understand, it happens. The issue is that their message said the office would contact me the following day to reschedule, but no one ever did. I had to call several days later, only to find out they were booking a month and a half out.
