Current resident. Would NOT purchase in Reflections. Would urge extreme caution to anyone looking to purchase in Reflections. Thankfully, I only ended up renting with the option to purchase (I will NOT be exercising the option to purchase). I moved into Reflections July 2024 and because of my experience over the past 8 months, I would never consider purchasing in this building. The individual units themselves are beautiful. Beautiful new project that will overlook Mirror Lake and add to the area.
As an early buyer who deposited money with this group in early 2021, the process since then has been nothing but delay, excuses and extended timelines. You can search the web and see a litany of promised delivery dates being missed not by months, but by years. And they keep selling units with what is now known by everyone to be false promises of delivery dates.
