Google said your store is open till 7pm... I drove all the way there and arrived at 630pm to find no one there and doors locked lights off .. No posted sign on the door either of hours open ..... You lost a customer. Suggestion ... Post hours on you doors! Pretty bad for a newly started business in the area
Such a great experience. I have never closed an in ground pool before. They walked me through the process, set me up with everything I needed, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Reflection pools... I'm a customer for life. Thank you!
These folks are great. I been going to the big box pool stores for 2 years and never really got the pool just right. I went to Reflection Pools, got the water tested and they told me exactly what I needed and how much of it I was supposed to use. Our pool looks like a tv comercial. Crystal clear. Thanks.
Love the attention to detail and the knowledge this company has. They take care of their customers and they stand by their work. The owners are out doing the work and in the store too, which I love. They care about what they do. You don’t find that with some of the bigger companies in the area.
