I went in for a regularly scheduled cleaning and had a terrible experience. Hi y’all. I have to give a shoutout to Dr Gupta and the Staff at Citrus Smiles Heath,TX. Take it from someone who has seen his share of Dentists from Africa to Europe. First the staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed to the office. Dr Gupta is using the STA machine for numbing. I know a lot of people don’t like the numbing shots at the dentist office. Review from 2 yrs ago I am pleased as always with the care I receive. New review 6/2025. I was surprised by complete staff change when Reflections changed to Citrus Dental. I had some doubts at first. I'm very glad I stayed. Gentle & thorough. They explain what, why & solutions to mitigate my periodontal disease.
Staff were very responsive and helpful to all my questions. I was able to get established as a new patient and the first appointment was very easy. Doctors and staff all seem experienced and knowledgeable, highly impressed!
