We had 4 windows done in a frost film, and 18 in mirror film. We are very impressed with the installers, the quickness of how fast they came to do the work after we approved the quote. Other companies would give us a free quote, only if we paid mileage for them to come out, which “they would reimburse if we went with them”. Reflectech gave us a free quote, without any requirements. All levels of staff were friendly, knew their product and very pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommended this company!

ReflecTech installed frosted privacy film on 3 windows in my house and I was pleased with the experience. Doug was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, and the installers were also great to work with. After a week a few bubbles appeared at the edge of the film, and they happily came back right away to make it perfect. I appreciated that they stood behind their work.
I have no idea what is going on with these people. Complete waste of my time. Called to get info on a residential job and was told to come to the shop. I drive down there and speak to Doug i believe. Got some info but he wanted pictures for a quote which i promptly sent. No quote. Nothing for more than a week or two. I called again and requested the quote and he apologized and said it would be sent. It never was. If you dont want the job then say that? Or maybe this guy is that disorganized. We just moved into our new tattoo shop and wanted some additional security measures put in place. Doug was very informative and got the job done quickly and professionally at a great rate. Very pleased.
