I’m leaving this review based on feedback I’ve heard from others about their experiences with the clinic. Some people have mentioned that it can be difficult to get through on the phone, as calls sometimes go to voicemail rather than being answered directly. Do not even attempt to make an appointment with this clinic, the administration team is woefully incompetent and even after I had a referral sent to them, they were not getting back to me and I had to follow up multiple times to get answers (which were vague and useless). You would think an ADHD clinic would make their process as easy as possible but even after alerting them that I am in desperate need of my medications I have been completely left in the dark and without medication for a dangerous amount of time. I have had a great experience with Reflect health, especially with the mental health GP Dominic Harris and psychiatrist Dianne Grocott in diagnosing and managing my ADHD. It isn’t a quick process, but it’s worthwhile. I’ve always found the clinicians to be professional and caring, as well as the reception staff. Yes they are busy and don’t always answer the phone, but you can leave a voicemail and they always get back to you promptly.
