I so need Dr Jossy help please
I have had a great experience with Reflect health, especially with the mental health GP Dominic Harris and psychiatrist Dianne Grocott in diagnosing and managing my ADHD. It isn’t a quick process, but it’s worthwhile. I’ve always found the clinicians to be professional and caring, as well as the reception staff. Yes they are busy and don’t always answer the phone, but you can leave a voicemail and they always get back to you promptly.
I have been a service recipient for many years with Reflect Health, I have never had an issues contacting them, the staff have always been friendly. Dr Jossy is down to earth and empathetic. I think it is important that when I was initially assessed that they were thorough with assessments to assure accurate diagnosis and treatment options. They have also provided me with information to support my self-management including non medication approaches.
firstly by the client journey to get an appointment. Contact the office, they send you an online form for medical history and apparently consent about sessions being audio recorded. Sit around waiting for an appointment to be given, call up and find out no appointments organised. Finally get an appointment, and the session is audio recorded without my verbal consent on the day on the day, even though I said I’m dyslexic with information processing issues. I would strongly advise against using this business if you’re seeking any kind of help or support.. all you will receive is a ridiculous level of paperwork to fill out that gets lost or not received multiple times. If you need to phone them, you may get lucky and it will be answered, but don’t count on getting an empathetic or understanding person on the line.
