I just moved to Tracy and didn't know any stylists. I'm pretty low maintenance but my hair is important. I have straight, baby fine hair that doesn't always mind. Going to someone new is always a risk, especially with color. Taylor welcomed me, looked at my hair, asked questions and listened to what I wanted. I just had a haircut from this salon with Taylor. I showed her the specific cut and color/highlights that I wanted. After 5hrs of waiting, the haircut and the highlights that I wanted did not even come close to what I wanted. Also the hair dryer was so hot that it almost burned my skull and I always hated that she always used a flat iron in my hair to cut. I went to her salon before but still gave her a chance.
