Very poor customer service. I have made multiple attempts to call and book an appointment. No answer. On two occasions, I did receive a message ''I can't talk right now''. I do understand that nobody can predict their availability to pick up the phone while working. However, I can't thinks of a reason why a business owner would not return a call of a new customer. Appalling service. 3 times we booked, 3 times a no show. First was due to weather - fair enough. Second, no show, no contact. Left waiting in for no reason. He Got in touch some time later to explain was dealing with difficult personal issue, fair enough. Third time, no show, no explanation. Did not respond to email, text or call. Was left waiting in again… for no reason. Just ghosted us. As if our time and our lives were not important. I had my Peugeot 208 paintwork washed, clay barred, polished and ceramic coated. The interior was vacuumed and the surfaces dressed by Allan. The Elixir Red paintwork looks stunning. Allan was great to deal with and takes great pride in his work. He also offered me some tips on how to look after the paintwork going forward. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to others and will get him to come back again in the future.

Had the new car ceramic protection applied to my car. Very happy with the results and the excellent service provided. Al also gave me advice on products to use going forward. Definitely recommend his services.
