REFIT is an absolute GEM of Waco!! I found it a couple years ago when I was exploring different fitness studios in town and after coming here, I just felt at home. The workouts are so fun and great for all fitness levels - there are people in class who are new to fitness and others who also weightlift and run, and it's a great workout for everyone!
