The studio manager was very welcoming! Every class I've taken has been fun and a great workout!
I recently visited Waco and took some studio classes! Not only is the studio environment awesome (bright, colorful, clean, comfortable, spacious, interestingly decorated, and well lit), but the staff is super friendly and welcoming! The classes are dynamic and fun! A special thank you to Emily for greeting each of her Rev+Flow class participants with a hug!

It was great getting to visit the REFIT ® Studio again while in town for their annual convention. Their new studio manager Chelsea will make you feel so welcome. Best workout with the best instructors
If you want to experience immediate joy in an uplifting atmosphere with great music, this is the place! The staff and local instructors are so warm and welcoming each and every time I visit making the entire fitness experience and classes so fun. If you’re not a member of this studio, you should be!
