Love love love this place! Such great workouts and the instructors here are loving and fun!
From the moment my friend and I arrived at the studio we were greeted with enthusiasm and warmth! The front space is so much fun to hang out in. The workout studio is one of the best! The floors are clean, the space is easy to move in, the A/C keeps you cool during the class, and the atmosphere is FUN! The instructors encourage each participant to do what’s best for each person’s body. The instructors have a blast teaching and make it a workout that doesn’t feel like work!
I just took Christy and Amanda’s class tonight and it was literally one of the BEST classes I have ever taken! The playlist was flawless and the energy and fun these two bring are amazing! Cannot recommend it enough!!!!!!
