Refino was hired by apt complex I lived at, and it was such a bad experience. For 3 months, each week schedules given for work on particular buildings. Those schedules were only followed one time in 3 months! As tenants we didn't ever know if workers would be on our decks and balconies or outside our building anytime, or day. Very stressfull!!! Kenneth has been great to work with over the years. He’s completed several wood repair projects for our community, handled our full property repaint, and helped with a variety of miscellaneous projects. He is very knowledgeable, communication is always clear, and he responds quickly—especially when high-priority repairs come up. He follows through on his work and takes pride in the quality of the finished product. It’s been a pleasure having a contractor we can rely on to get the job done right.

We use them for just about everything, drywall, plumbing, capital projects. Roy and Edwin are always very responsive and have teams out very quickly

I’ve worked with Refino’s for about five years and they’ve been wonderful. They respond quickly, explain what needs to be done, and recommend the best solutions. They’ve saved me a lot of stress with leaks and remediation, and I know I can rely on them for both small repairs and bigger projects. Highly recommend!
