There are general contractors on every corner but finding a good one can be challenging. I interviewed multiple contractors to complete a large exterior painting and wood replacement job on an apartment building before i decided on which contractor I wanted to proceed with. REPLY TO OWNER: I became a resident 2–3 years after the work was completed. When I moved in, the paint job already looked like this. I was told it was out of warranty (1 year), so nothing could be done. Once I joined the Board and learned about your company, I left this review because the situation has only gotten worse over time. So no — the paint job did not last 5 years. Your mention of awnings in the email is completely off-base, and you still haven’t provided any documentation regarding the siding you claim was “fixed.”... read more

I took over as President of our 10-unit condo townhome community and have been reviewing past projects. Unfortunately, the siding and painting work completed by Refino Services LLC for $40K has not held up at all. Six years later, the siding is literally falling off, some areas are rotting, and the paint is chipping everywhere—some spots were never properly painted to begin with.
