My beloved Great Dane was unable to stand. She was 8 years old. My vet wasn’t available for. a few days. Shadow was in great pain and on a hunch I called Refinery Road and Dr Leach said ‘bring her right over’. He explained this problem happens frequently with Danes. He let my kids hold her as he put her out of her misery. Totally compassionate vet
After a good consultation on Monday afternoon, I returned my cat w/same symptoms on Friday morning expecting to have tests run to determine cause of symptoms as vet had indicated. Dr Horn came into room reading my cat’s chart aloud, confirming previous visit. He was talking over me & seemed rushed. Took my cat back for infusion of fluids & returned saying buy more expensive food similar to food purchased Monday which cat refused to eat.
