This is the coolest gym to have access to. Navin is a fantastic owner/trainer, very open to feedback and constantly improving the space. I Feel very lucky to have access to a space that feels like the most luxurious home gym imaginable.

I have been utilizing Refinery Fitness since joining in 2020. I chose the gym over other options in the area because it offered everything I needed, in a more intimate space than available elsewhere. The gym offers a private setting to workout in, no crowds, people taking selfies in the dressing room, or slamming down weights. No one to impress; just an opportunity to workout in a clean, safe environment. Refinery has totally spoiled me for other gyms. It's a bright, clean space, full of top tier equipment. It's never too crowded, but whenever people are around, everyone's super friendly and respectful. The whole place has an easy, welcoming vibe. Training with Navin has been such a grounding experience. We focus on functional fitness, which means I feel stronger, more capable, and way less injury prone. Refinery is a fantastic gym! Whether you enjoy strength training, kettlebells, running, rowing, or cycling, it’s all here. The space is organized & clean, the equipment was thoughtfully selected, and the members are always friendly. Cannot recommend enough.
