Refiner's Fire Services has been maintaining our home gas fireplace for over 10 years. The service has always been prompt, thorough, professional and friendly. Most recently, we had an issue with relighting the pilot light (it's an older unit, installed in 2003), and Kevin made an adjustment and got it going - just in time for the wintry weather. I highly recommend.
We have a very unique fire feature that we were having problems with. Refiners Fire were able to solve the problem and by so doing, giving us many hours of enjoyment. I would highly recommend them.
Ultimately disappointed and exasperated. My process for buying and installing a gas insert started in January of 2023. By November (yes, 11 months later) my unit was finally installed but it wouldn’t stay lit. Tech came out many many times; 5 maybe- to their credit but never fixed anything. Finally, the following May (2024) they replaced the whole unit because I don’t think they could figure out what was wrong. When it started to get cold again in November same story. Really unprofessional and impolite. Terrible experience with technician Kevin Ryan unbelievable
Not super pleased with how everything turned out with this company. I had them out in early 2023 because my fireplace wouldn’t turn on. They sent someone out who “fixed” it but then it stopped working about an hour later and he couldn’t figure out how to get the fan going and said I needed to call a mechanic for that. I called them back and they scheduled to come out later that week to fix it.
