Joel was by far the most reliable builder contacted for our reno, always on time, even the build was on time with a few set backs, his team was great easy to deal with, honest, punctual, just a great team. I would recommend him and his team for anyone wanting a reno or extension.
The planning/quoting process was by far the most thorough of all the builders I approached. This meant that the final result was well in line with what I had asked for and there was no need for variations. Very happy with the overall result and the boys were great to deal with!

Joel and his team, Refined Space Constructions, completed a number of alterations to our house for us. The pictures included are the Laundry relocation (one of the alterations) and a Car Garage/ Shed along our Western Wall. We are extremely pleased with the end results. Joel and his team were very accomodating, & kept us informed throughout the construction period. John & Karen.
