I found this business on TikTok and was really looking forward to becoming a client. I originally scheduled an acne treatment but was advised to book a consultation first. My girlfriend booked a laser package promo. The marketing was advertising 40% off. Upon booking the owner stated 20% off, with an additional 20% off and continued to claim that was 40% off... her customer service was unprofessional to say the least. Visited the new West Caldwell location today and Sabrina gave me the best facial! She did a combination of the dermpalane and hydrafacial and my skin looks like glass. Her energy was amazing and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She ended the facial with the most relaxing shoulder and face massage. My lash lift looks incredible also. I can just leave the house without makeup or mascara. I live far away from this location but I would drive for Sabrina! Totally worth every penny. Thank you so much!

I've done laser in the past (maybe 4-5 sessions) and haven't gotten the results I did when I came here. 1 session and I have majority of my Brazilian area completely hairless!!!
