Nice romantic spot with interesting food options. Below picture is their Tuna Tataki a good shareable starter.
Wonderful food! The service was a bit slow but I think that was only because they were short wait staff. It was still worth it! The Portabello sandwich was excellent.

Perfect mix of upscale yet casual. Fresh unique meals and delicious cocktails. I dream about the beet juice cocktail !
Refined Roots is one of our favorite date night spots in Tarpon Springs and that is why it was so disappointing when we arrived before the dinner rush on Sat 8/29, and were unable to dine because lack of children’s high chairs. We had our 2 year old with us and the host stated they only carry 2 high chairs and both were being used by a family that just sat down.
