The place is very clean and everyone is very welcoming! Bailey has been doing my hair for at least 12+ years. I always walk out really happy with my hair. I am very picky about my hair and she listens to me but she also suggests things. She is up to date on new cuts, products. She is an excellent colorist! Everyone there is good at what they do. They’re all friendly and they take the time to listen to you when you describe what you want done. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Thank you Bailey!
Super clean, airy, open, and inviting! Couldn't ask for a better place to get the fastest foils I've ever had done! There are TVs and toys for the kiddos and a bathroom for customers. They provide Culligan water and coffee and can order any product they suggest. And none of this would matter if the employees weren't divine! Wouldn't go anywhere else! I love everyone that runs Refined Roots. Bailey is my hair stylist and has been for at least 10 years or so. They all are amazing to be around and they all do amazing work. ❤️
